Our Team
As a family-owned business, our "team" is made up of the three owners, Greg, Nancy, and Dan Koester, along with our extended family and friends. Our success would not be possible without their help and commitment.
Our History
Koester Hops ( Koester Farms, LLC) is a 56-acre family-owned farm situated in the Clarksburg-Langford area of North Collins (Eden), NY. The idea to start to hops farm started with a small arbor on our patio. The first acre of the hopyard was planted in 2015 with Cascade and Centennial hops. In 2016, we expanded the acreage to 2.5 acres with additional Centennial plantings. In 2022 we added another .5 acres of Vista.
